A set of three hand hammered cheese labels. Using heavy gauge wire the pieces are formed into their pleasing swirl and skewer tail. Hammering work hardens the copper, giving the swirl the spring that it requires to grasp the card or label you are employing as you slip it between the coils. You can create the cards yourself with a nice pen (and a font as inspiration from the web), using a card just less than the size of a business card; or you can print them out; or you can scan and print the labels direct from the packaging; or just ask the deli or shop to give you some of the labels they use to repackage, and stick them to a card. The work hardening also stiffens the skewer tail, so that it can be stuck into the cheese. This set of three comes in its own flocked vinyl case.
